Here you’ll find educational materials and tutorial videos demonstrating how FUDO Enterprise works in practice. The content will help you learn the solution’s basic features, run a test environment yourself, and understand the principles of monitoring and auditing privileged sessions.

Fudo Enterprise – First installation – image import and VM configuration

The first installation of Fudo Enterprise in a VMware environment begins with obtaining the ready-made appliance image and then importing it into the hypervisor. In this material, we show exactly that stage – from receiving the installation image, through importing the OVA file, to preparing the virtual machine for startup.

This is a good starting point for people who want to see what the first deployment of Fudo Enterprise looks like in practice and how to prepare the environment for further configuration of the solution.

Fudo Security – Initial system configuration – time zone, password, and network

After importing the Fudo Enterprise image into the VMware environment, it is time for the first stage of system configuration. This is exactly the moment shown in this material – from the settings performed immediately after starting the machine, through changing the default password, to network configuration, which makes it possible to continue working from a web browser.

This is an important step, because this is where the appliance stops being just an imported virtual machine and starts working as a ready environment prepared for further deployment.

Fudo Enterprise | GUI – Time Server

In this short material, we show one of the basic configuration steps in Fudo Enterprise after launching the appliance – setting the time server in the GUI.

Although the process itself takes only a moment, its importance is much greater than it may seem. Correct time source configuration affects the consistency of the entire system, proper event timestamps, log reliability, and later analysis of sessions and user activity.

Fudo Enterprise – Integration with Active Directory

Integrating Fudo Enterprise with Active Directory is one of the most important stages of system configuration. Thanks to this, it is possible not only to authenticate users based on their domain username and password, but also to assign them the appropriate roles and permissions within Fudo itself.

In practice, this means that Fudo Enterprise can make use of the organization’s existing directory structure – groups, users, and access policies – instead of building the entire permission model from scratch only locally in the system.

This is an important step հատկապես when you want to organize administrative access, control login to the panel, and manage permissions to the servers and hosts monitored by Fudo.
